This is how it works
Would you like the option to change your booking without extra charge, we recommend using the variation of the Lowest Rate Available called "Free Cancellation".
You can also book a variation where you get a stay without "Free Cancellation". If you later want to change the period of your stay, this can be done for a fee of
Both versions of the Lowest Rate Available can be booked with or without breakfast.
If you book a stay with "free cancellation"
If you book with "free cancellation", you pay only at check-in.
Free cancellation also means that you have the option to:
- change your booking untill 12:00PM on arrival day
- cancel your booking untill 12:00PM on arrival day
If you book a stay without "free cancellation"
If you book without "free cancellation", you can still change the period of your stay for a fee. You will be charged the fee per reservation per time the date is changed.
If you choose to cancel your stay entirely, you will be charged the full price for the stay.

1) Enter the period and number of people, and press "Search".
2) Select the "Lowest Rate Available" offer and you are ready to book your stay.
Conditions for Lowest Rate Available
- Only reservations made via one of Arp-Hansen Hotel Group´s websites can be changed or cancelled. The reservation cannot be changed to another hotel. This will be considered a cancellation and subsequent new reservation.
- Reservations with cancellation option: All reservations can be changed or cancelled without a fee until 12:00 on arrival day. Change or cancellation after 12.00 implies a fee of the first night’s stay. Changes and cancellations can be made via one of Arp-Hansen Hotel Group´s websites, by contacting the hotel directly or via Arp-Hansen Hotel Group's central booking department on telephone +45 80303045 or email book@arp-hansen.dk
- Reservations without cancellation option: All reservations must be prepaid and cannot be refunded.
