Aircondition
We have aircondition in all rooms. This allows for individual control of the room temperature, providing either cold or warm airflow depending on the season and the settings selected on the control panel.
Baby cot
It is possible to borrow a baby cot. Please contact reception to arrange delivery to the room.
Luggage storage
Yes, we offer free storage of your luggage at the reception. You are welcome to drop off your luggage with us when you check in or check out, and then pick it up again at your convenience.
Check-in/check-out
Check-in is guaranteed from 3PM. Please contact reception in advance if arrival is later than 2AM at night. Check-out is 12 noon on the day of departure.
Bicycle rental

Training facilities are available free of charge at our fitness center on the 5th floor. Simply use the room key to gain access. Lockers and showers are provided.

No email confirmation received
If you haven't received your booking confirmation via email, you should check your spam filter. If the confirmation isn't in the spam filter, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible.
Minibar
Available in all rooms with a selection of snacks, soft drinks, beer, and wine. The minibar will be restocked daily.
Breakfast
A delicious breakfast buffet is served in The Harbour all weekdays from 6.30AM-10AM and weekends 7AM-11AM.
Parking
It is possible to park in front of the hotel or at the Fisketorvet shopping center.
Room cleaning
We leave it to you to decide, whether you want daily cleaning of the room, when you stay several nights in a row. In the same way as you can decide when you want your towels changed. This means that we do not automatically clean your room, we let you decide. We automatically clean your room on the 4th day.
If you still want daily cleaning of the room and/or new towels, we are happy to do so. You just have to notify the reception before 10PM the night before. Remember to provide us with your room number.

Monday to Saturday 5PM – 11.30PM (last order of food at 10PM)

Smoking
The hotel is completely non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed at the designated ashtrays by the hotel entrance.
Safe box
We offer safe boxes in all our rooms.
Ironing facilities
Ironing boards and irons are available in all Superior rooms, Executive Rooms and Junior Suites. For other rooms, please contact reception to arrange delivery of an ironing board and iron to the room.
Transport to and from the hotel
You can easily get to and from Copenhagen Island, whether you arrive in Copenhagen by plane, Oslo ferry, or train. Read more about your transport options
Currency exchange
Currency can be exchanged at reception for a fee.
Laundry & dry cleaning
The hotel offers laundry & dry cleaning. Laundry items handed-in at reception weekdays and Saturdays before 8AM will be returned after 5PM the same day. Laundry & dry cleaning service is not available on Sundays.
Change or cancel booking
If you have booked a room with 'Free Cancellation', you can change or cancel your reservation at no extra cost until 12PM on the day of arrival. To make changes or cancellations, you can use the link in your booking confirmation or select 'Change reservation' found in the 'Search' section at the top of this page. You are also welcome to contact the hotel directly. For reservations without a cancellation option, please refer to the applicable sales conditions.
